The Residenza Desideri di Gallura is a lovely residential complex consisting of 8 apartments, located in the new residential area on the outskirts of the town.
These recently built apartments are spacious and bright, each with its own independent entrance, large outdoor space, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, and a parking space in a covered garage. Simply and functionally furnished, they feature a small garden or veranda on the ground floor, or a large terrace on the first floor, all equipped with outdoor furniture.
Services: tourist assistance and information, travel guides and information about Sardinia, and excursions to the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago. In the town: piano bars, clubs, pubs, amusement arcades, a diving centre, a wellness centre with a pool, a pharmacy, emergency medical services, and a variety of shops.

Arrival: All major payment methods are accepted, including SATISPAY.
Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Late check-in (after 7:30 PM) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days before your arrival, and the payment receipt must be sent to the booking office (just like the deposit). Once the balance is settled and you have sent your ID documents for mandatory police registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and key collection instructions via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, you will need to come to the office to settle the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other outstanding fees.
Early check-in: subject to availability and must be agreed in advance
Departure: check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out: evening departure is subject to availability and must be agreed with the reception office, provided the apartment is not occupied by other guests on the same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until 8:00 PM at the latest, for an extra charge paid on-site equal to the daily rate discounted by 40%. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 9:00 AM, if the deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
This holiday village follows a MANDATORY waste sorting and recycling program, the details of which will be provided upon arrival.
Final cleaning requirements: Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom before departure, otherwise a fee of €50.00 will be charged. The property must also be left completely free of trash, otherwise an additional fee of €50.00 will apply.
Pets: A mandatory final cleaning surcharge of €55.00 applies per pet. Only small pets are welcome. Cats are not permitted.
Tourist Tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).

- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank check. We also accept payment via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week, maintenance service 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to settling the balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid, which will be refunded upon departure. The deposit can also be secured via credit card as a guarantee.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A fee of € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if trash is left in the property upon departure.
- For safety reasons, appliance servicing is carried out through official technical support channels and is subject to their response times. The functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
