Arrival: We accept all payment methods, including SATISPAY.
Check-in from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Late check-in (after 7:30 PM) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days prior to your departure date, and the payment receipt must be sent to the reservation office (just like the deposit). Once the balance is paid and you have sent your documents for the mandatory public safety registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and instructions on how to collect the keys via WhatsApp. The day after your arrival, please visit our office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other applicable fees.
Early check-in: subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Departure: check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out: evening departure can be arranged with the reception office, only if the apartment is not scheduled for another arrival on the same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until 8:00 PM at the latest, for an extra charge paid on-site equal to the daily rate with a 40% discount. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security deposit: €200.00, preferably with a credit card as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 9:00 AM, if the deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
This holiday complex follows a MANDATORY waste sorting program, the details of which will be provided upon arrival.
Final cleaning requirements: guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, washing the dishes, and cleaning the bathroom, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. The property must be left free of trash and waste upon departure, otherwise an additional fee of €50.00 will be applied.
Pets: not allowed
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).

- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank check. We also accept payments via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week, maintenance technician: 6 days a week
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, a security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid, which will be refunded upon departure. The security deposit can also be guaranteed using a credit card.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A € 50.00 fee will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For obvious safety reasons, appliance maintenance is handled through official service channels and is subject to their standard response times. The proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners is not guaranteed.
